A Mysterious pharmaceutical trial, that is the main thing this mini series revolves around. Maniac is an American black comedy television series based on a Norwegian Television Series with the same name. Maniac was written by Patrick Somerville and directed by Cary Fukunaga. Emma Stone and Jonah Hills who acted role of Annie Landsberg and Owen Milgrim respectively both strangers have something in common in this movie, Their life was not going smoothly so when a Doctor claims he can repair anything about the mind, both mental illness or heartbreak using a treatment which involves a sequence of pills inventend by Dr. James Mantleray. The duo became drawn to Neberdine Pharmaceutical and Biotech facilities where ten other strangers where present. Owen Milgrim who is the fifth son of a wealthy New York industrialists, has struggled his whole life with a disputed diagnosis of schizophrenia while Annie Landsberg is disaffected and aimless, fixated on broken relationships with her mother and her sister. These two strangers became entangled in the final stages of the three day pharmaceutical trial at the facility for separate reasons. Though they were promised no complications or side-effects whatsoever would come with the treatment.
On the 18th of April , 2018, Netflix released the first official images from the series while on the 29th of July, 2018, a teaser trailer for the series was released. About a week later the official trailer for the series was released.
In conclusion we think the movie would give us enough suspense seeing the major character. Emma Stone is an experience actress, she has featured in several movies and series same with Jonah Hills these due can definitely without any doubt give us amazing performance.
So we just have countdown to the 21st of September 2018.
